We don't let anyone leave hungry at the Prairie Rose.  Once we start bringing the food to you, we don't stop 'till you say, "WHOA!"  Unlike many other Chuckwagons around the world, we bring the food to you - that means that once you sit down, you don't have to get up until the end of the night!

After we've filled you up with some of the best bar-b-que you've ever tasted, we bring around a bowl full of Hot Apple Crisp, covered in vanilla ice cream.

Our food is cooked for you in our professional kitchen by an excellent staff of "seasoned" cooks and helpers.
