The Prairie Rose will be glad to arrange a private chuckwagon supper for groups of nearly any size. If you desire the traditional, all-you-can-eat, cowboy meal, it can be served in the old west surroundings of our Opera House.  Then kick back to the wonderful, western harmonies of the Prairie Rose Rangers or the rousing, southern gospel of the Riders for the Cross.  You choose.  It's your night!  It's the perfect place for you to recognize co-workers and present awards.  You can even have your own speaker/host to personalize the evening.  Matinee times are also available.

If you’d prefer to be a little more rustic and traditional, ask about The Hidout: the original Outdoor Amphitheater where the chuckwagon suppers first began. The full cowboy experience includes the western stage show of our own Prairie Rose Rangers and is sure to make your event a memorable one.
